Order fulfilment, on autopilot

Orders from your website or marketplace get booked with the courier, labels printed, picking sheets made and tracking sent to the customer. Every evening, without anyone logging in.

Stock, sales and invoices

Wholesale stock by pallet and lot, trade invoices in the format your customers already know, credit accounts and daily takings. Works on a phone at the stall and a laptop in the office.

Finance operations

Supplier invoices captured from photos, bank and ledger reconciliation, customer and supplier balances, cash reporting. Plugs into Xero rather than replacing it.

Your own AI assistant

A dedicated agent on Telegram that knows your business, answers questions, chases the day's tasks and runs the systems above. Anything that matters waits for your approval first. Practical stuff, nothing sci-fi.
